My consulting practice is focused on redesigning client organizations to be more innovative and resilient to uncertainty in the operating environment.
I work at the intersection of innovation management, product strategy, and organizational design, and primarily with senior management or leadership. Every client engagement begins with a 1-day facilitated process of articulating organizational goals and the acceptable tradeoffs to achieve those goals. This process provides a fast, inexpensive, and reliable indication of whether the engagement should continue, and what form it should take.
